RETURNS, REFUNDS & cancellations
Thank you for your purchase with The Studio North East. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return and refund policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of receipt. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

REFUNDS - PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least twenty eight (28) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange an exchange only.
REFUNDS - VOUCHERS OR BOOKINGS
We cannot accept refunds or returns on any purchases for photo shoot experiences, whether they were purchased online, over the phone, this includes gift vouchers too. Vouchers or experiences will be valid to use for 12 months from the day of purchase. Online purchases may be passed on as gift to another person.
REFUNDS - DEPOSITS
All deposits are non refundable once paid.
This includes booking deposits and deposits for image/product orders.
As a company we have the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Once you have attended your photoshoot booking as agreed, only then will a refund will be processed.
REFUNDS - UNSUITABLE SERVICES
We are unable to offer refunds on services received if the consumer deems the services, designs or photographs to be unsuitable. A rearranged session may be offered but only to the companies discretion.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Please note* - All deposits are non refundable once paid.
Refunds for bookings are only processed once you attend your booking at the agreed time.
If you need to reschedule your appointment then you must notify us no less than 48 hours prior to your booking only then would we allow you to reschedule your appointment.
Cancelling or rescheduling less than 48 hours prior to your appointment would result in the loss of your deposit payment and in possibly your experience/voucher.
These terms apply for both photo shoot bookings and viewing bookings.
We cannot refund a purchased photo shoot experience, however you can pass the experience on to a friend or family member to use.
